We analyze your IP and browser information to determine what is most effective about our website, to help us identify ways to improve it and, eventually, to determine how we can tailor our website to make it a more positive and relevant user experience. Customer Service

We will communicate with our clients in response to their inquiries, to provide the services they request, and to manage their user account. We will communicate with our clients/users by our portal not excluding email or telephone, in accordance with their wishes. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Customer Orders 

If clients/users purchase a product or service from us, we request personal information from them on our order form. Users must provide contact information (such as name, email and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, CVV and expiration date). During the purchase process, Clients/users may provide optional information to us. If that information is provided, it is covered by this Privacy Policy; however, providing it is voluntary. Credit card information is made secure by a High-grade Encryption (SHA-256, RSA 4096) SSL Certificate.

Registration and Support 

The forms found on our website are used to gather contact information (such as name, email address, billing information, and phone number) of Users to process orders, respond to questions and requests. If Users need to change their personal account information, they may update it by making the change in their account. 

Fastcomcorp keeps records of clients/users interaction and support provided (via chat, phone, and email) to track account history and better assist our customers. When clients/users contact Fastcomcorp for support for their services, Clients/Users will be asked to match certain information that is in their Registration Information. This Registration Information will be used to identify Clients/Users personally. In the course of providing support to Users, Fastcomcorp may annotate the Registration Information with information disclosed while providing support (Support Information).

Sources of Marketing Data

The bulk of the personal data we collect and use for marketing purposes relates to individual employees of our clients and other companies with which we have an existing business relationship. We may also obtain contact information from public sources, including content made public at social media websites, to make an initial contact with a relevant individual at a client or other company.

Targeted E-Mails 

We send e-mail to individuals at our client or other companies with whom we want to develop or maintain a business relationship in accordance with applicable marketing laws. Our targeted e-mail messages typically include web beacons, cookies, and similar technologies that allow us to know whether you open, read, or delete the message, and links you may click. When you click a link in a marketing e-mail you receive from Fastcomcorp, we will also use a cookie to log what pages you view and what content you download from our websites, even if you are not registered at or signed into our website. 

Targeted e-mails from Fastcomcorp may include additional data privacy information, as required by applicable laws. We provide for you also the ability to remove yourself from our emailing list so that you do not receive any future communications. 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Databases

Fastcomcorp uses customer relationship management (CRM) technology to manage and track our marketing efforts. Our CRM databases include personal data belonging to individuals at our client and other companies with whom we already have a business relationship or want to develop one. The personal data used for these purposes includes relevant business information, such as: contact data, publicly available information. Combining and Analyzing Personal Data

Fastcomcorp may combine data from publicly available sources, and from our different e-mail, website, and personal interactions with you (this includes information collected across our different websites and information collected when you sign-up or log on to our sites or connect to our sites using your social media credentials (such as LinkedIn and Twitter). We combine this data to better assess your experience with Fastcomcorp and to perform the other activities described throughout our privacy policy.

Your Rights

You can exercise your right to prevent marketing communications to you by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your personal data, or by utilizing opt-out mechanisms in e-mails we send to you. You can also exercise the right to discontinue marketing communications to you, or to have your personal data removed from our customer relationship management (CRM) databases. 

You may have additional rights pursuant to your local law applicable to the processing. For example, if the processing of your personal information is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and your personal information is processed based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing on grounds relating to your specific situation. Under GDPR you may also have the right to request to have your personal information deleted or restricted and ask for portability of your personal information.
